I managed to buy the MacBook Pro.

Drat, it’s hard spending a big clump of money like that. (Mind you, I have no problem spending dribbles and bits up to that amount–think Wiscon.)

Congrats! I love my MBPro! Re: your earlier question, I like Word, but that may be just because I’m used to it. Firefox is the best for web browsing; I love its plug-ins….

I prefer Firefox–although I have to admit I don’t use the plug-ins as much. But now that it’s such a memory hog on the PC, I’ve found it difficult to love it as much as I used to.

(Hrm. This is not going to work at all like LJ–drat.)
